WHAT IS REVOLUTION?
THE REVOLUTION EXPERIENCE
REVOLUTION is an art festival, music festival, and a big party. We are a community-focused experience of the people, by the people, for the people.
REVOLUTION is a community dedicated to creating eye-opening experiences and inspired living; to bringing people together in grand, awe-inspiring, and joyful ways that lift the human spirit and inspire a sense of culture, community, and life engagement. We strive as individuals and as a community to integrate these experiences into the life we are already living or to inspire a complete shift in our life path.
This is a REVOLUTION; a commitment of self-expression and a commitment to live every moment for the rest of our lives.
OUTDOOR ETHICS
The connection to nature can be felt in every aspect of REVOLUTION; and the ripple effect of what people take away from the community is much more potent than just a good time. Outdoor ethics guide us to be responsible outdoor citizens; protecting our natural world for generations to come and being considerate of other visitors. REVOLUTION includes outdoor stewardship, care for the environment, Leave No Trace, and Tread Lightly as part of the experience.
REVOLUTION is a ‘Leave No Trace’ and ‘Tread Lightly’ event. Our goal is to leave our community better than when we arrived.

COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION and PARTICIPATION
To attend REVOLUTION, you must contribute your talents, gifts, and passion with the community. It can be as simple as cooking a special dish, baking cookies, bringing extra water or ice, supplying some fire wood, or extra towels. Or it can be contributing a skill, such as singing, playing a instrument, DJ-ing, dancing, burlesque, magic, painting, yoga, acro-yoga, sound meditation, ceremonies, fire spinning, or any skill or talent you have.
Your contribution can be so much more; CULTURE CAMPS are the foundation of REVOLUTION. A culture camp can be an Educational Camp, Entertainment Camp, Demonstration Camp, or Exploration Camp. We are all here to explore new ideas.
The REVOLUTION event, the art, the music, and the entertainment is organized and created entirely by participants.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and SELF-RELIANCE
We are a community that encourages personal responsibility and exercising self-reliance. Supplying your own resources and preparing for your needs allows you to better enjoy the community. Come prepared; bring everything you need.
RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS
Our most frequently asked question is ‘Will there be restrooms and showers for the campers?’
YES; there will be both restrooms and showers available for campers.

For those that prefer to stay in a hotel, LIVIT has great discounts on hotels.
CULTURE CAMPS
REVOLUTION is a community-focused event; and camping is very different in our community! Culture Camps form the heart of our community. The main event of REVOLUTION is everywhere; it’s where people like you contribute interactive, creative, incredible experiences to share with everyone. Big, small, loud, quiet, these are the places created to entertain, entice, and inform the citizens of our community. Culture Camps are organized individuals, couples, or groups who come together to provide services, entertainment, art, and other creative interactive experiences for everyone within our community. This interactivity can be truly anything! It’s also the home where camp members sleep, eat, and take care of their needs while living in the community. You must be a valid ticket holder to register or join a Culture Camp. You also are not required to register or join a Culture Camp; you can camp on your own too.
You have a few options for camping at REVOLUTION:

OPEN CAMPING
Not everyone who comes to REVOLUTION wants or needs to camp in a Culture Camp. If this sounds like you, you can camp on your own, with a small group, or with a larger group in Open Camping. Keep in mind that your camp can still be an amazing place; and you still need to contribute to the community.

What you need to know!
TICKETS:
All attendees must purchase tickets. All entry tickets are for all 3 nights / 4 days. Entry tickets include complimentary tent camping, under the stars camping, vehicle camping, or RV camping spots (you bring the camping supplies). There are no hookups and no water for RVs; you must be self-contained and and self-sustaining.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
NO! This event is Adults Only. You must be 21+ years old or older to attend.
