Doctrines, credos, manifestos, declarations:Down through the ages, people have compiled words to emancipate themselves from the old ways, and to embrace something better.
In May 2009, three young entrepreneurs—Mike, Fabian, and Dave—decided to quit their jobs and start a recycled clothing company called Holstee. They knew they wanted to create eco-friendly products that would express their passion for life, and that they wanted to donate 10% of the areas of the world. Beyond that, they had no business plan, no investment capital, and no real experience running a company.
Having just quit their jobs, they felt scared but exhilarated about what lay before them—a feeling they never wanted to forget. So the three of them sat down on the steps of New York City’s Union Square and wrote down exactly what was on their minds—not about the clothing business exactly, but more about the new style and spirit with which they hoped to live their lives. That way, they might create a company that could help them put their spirit and hopes into action. They called the result “The Holstee Manifesto,” and it eventually found it’s way across the worldwide web.

This is your life. Do what you love, and it do it often. If you don’t lie something, change it. If you don’t like your job, quit. If you don’t have enough time, stop watching TV. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop; they will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. All emotions are beautiful. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Open you mind, arms, and heart to new things and people, we are united in our differences. Ask the next person you see what their passion is, and share your inspiring dream with them. Travel often; Getting lost will help you find yourself. Some opportunities only come once, seize them. Life is about the people you meet them so go out and start creating. Life is short. Live your dream, and wear your passion.
