Texas Craft Cocktail Dinner

Foxhole Supper Club presents: Texas craft cocktail dinner.

Join us for a night of Texas inspired cocktails paired with culinary creations courtesy of Executive Chef Cosme Cavazos Jr. Tickets are $80 per person and can be reserved by calling (512) 386-1354.

1st Course:
Seared Ahi Tuna Crudo- charred watermelon/ chili-lime jicama/ avocado/ pickled ginger/ micro cilantro/ sangrita vinaigrette
PAIRED WITH:
Texas Twang- deep eddy vodka/ yuzu/ lemon/ mint/ basil/ Szchuan button/ seltzer

2nd Course:
Chicken Thigh Karaage- street corn risotto/ arugula-frisée salad/ chipotle-strawberry gastrique
PAIRED WITH:
La Rosa- 512 Reposado/ lime/ mint/ rhubarb bitters/ watermelon-rose foam

3rd Course:
Sea Bass Fish Tacos- house-made corn tortillas/ red radish-papaya pico/ queso chihuahua/ mango coulis/ Chile de Arbol aioli/ plantain chips
PAIRED WITH:
Prince of Pistoleers- Waterloo antique barrel aged gin/ ancho reyes/ lime/ jalapeño/ pineapple

4th Course:
Wood-Fired Lamb Lollipops- espresso mole/ black bean cake/ tempura queso panela/ poblano rajas
PAIRED WITH:
Hell or High Water- Herman Marshall rye whiskey/ Creme de cacao/ Becker vintage port/ brandied cherry/ piri piri/ egg white
