Lots of people get up in the morning and live out their day, then they go home at night and think about what happened and how they feel about it.

Tonight, try something different. Just before your head hits the pillow, visualize the kind of day you want to have for yourself when you wake up. Not just the things, but also a few audacious surprises. Turn the list over to your subconscious and sleep on it, knowing that whatever you’ve imagined for tomorrow can and probably will happen.

If you like what happens the first day, continue your new nightly routine for a week or two. By then, you will definitely have something new to think about.
