If your dreams were a place, where would you be standing, and what would you be looking at?
Dreams are the picture-making power of your imagination. They are the stuff of which life, hope, love, fun, adventure, and accomplishment are made. Respect and nurture your dreams—believe in them—and bring them into the sunshine and light.
It’s been said that there isn’t one person in a thousand who can write down their most exciting dreams and aspirations, without telling themselves all the reasons why those dreams and aspirations can’t happen: It’s too difficult, too expensive, too impractical, never been done before, not feasible—why bother?
The big question of, “why aren’t I living my dreams?” can usually be answered simply: You either haven’t written your dreams down or, if you have, you may have already started to talk to yourself out of them. You can change that right now by starting your master dream list.
You must go after you wish. As soon as you start to pursue a dream, your life wakes up and everything has meaning. -Barbara Sher
